Sunday Dinner & Discussion

Our  weekly Sunday dinners will resume for Spring Semester January 25.

Every Sunday, 6:00 - 8:00 pm, at Emmaus House  |  Dinner & engaging conversation about pertinent issues to our life and faith.


Wednesday Worship: A Time to Connect

Wednesday worship will resume for Spring Semester January 28.

Every Wednesday at UCC Church at 7:00 pm  | A time to connect with ourselves, each other, and our faith; blending innovation with tradition.


Winter Book Study

This winter we will be studying "An Altar in the World", by Barbara Brown Taylor, 2010.  Taylor is an Episcopal priest and highly acclaimed author. We will buy bulk copies of the book; please contact Pastor John if you want one (our compliment). Book discussion group will meet three times over lunch at Emmaus House:  January 8, 14 and 21. All are welcome to join in the conversation.


Winter Break Movie Nights

Every Tuesday night, December 16-January 20, at Emmaus House, hosted by Pastor Sarah.  The fun starts at 7pm each week.  Snacks will be provided!! Possible movies include: Cinderellaman, Stranger than Fiction, Evan Almighty, 50/50, 9 to 5, Legally Blonde and Pitch Perfect.


Winter Retreat: February 27 – March 1

Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Area.  We welcome students and young adults to join us for skiing, sledding, games, discussions, great food and fun. Cost is $20/person.  


Spring Break Trip to Portland: March 27-April 4

All students and young adults are welcome to join us as we trek to Portland, Oregon for a week of service projects, learning, exploring, diversity, culture, worship, and God. Cost is $200 plus some meals and expenses.
