Fall Lunch Series: Author Jay Mennenga

Wednesday, October 22, 12:00 - 1:30 at Emmaus House  |   Montana author Jay Mennenga will be discussing his new fiction book, "A Tale of Two Urgencies:  Saving the Planet and Saving Your Soul," that juxtaposes the scientific aspects of climate change with a  Christian narrative.  Mennenga will be presenting a Power Point on the science of climate change and its effects on our planet, along with the Biblical basis for Creation Care and environmental stewardship.  Jay is from Paradise Valley and is being promoted by the Sierra Club.  Lunch provided, and all are welcome! 


OKTOBERFEST 2014!

Friday, October 24, at 6:00 pm at the Fairground's Home Arts Building  | It's time to break out the lederhosen and steins because we're ready to polka and have some traditional Oktoberfest fun!  Please join us for our annual fall celebration and auction, complete with brats, burgers, beer, 'kraut, and the works along with music, polka dancing, a beer stein contest, and a silent and live auction.  It's not to be missed!
